What is the delivery time?
At Soppies we apply the rule “ordered before 3:00 PM, delivered tomorrow”. If you place an order on Saturday, you can expect it on Monday. However, if your order is placed on Sunday, we aim to have it delivered to you on Tuesday. However, it is possible that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the current crowds at our shipping partner, PostNL. In the event of unforeseen delays, we ask for your understanding. Your satisfaction remains of the utmost importance to us and we will do our utmost to minimize any delays and keep you informed of the progress of your order.
What are the shipping costs?
At Soppies we have a transparent shipping policy: for orders under 35 euros we charge a modest amount of only 3.95 euros for shipping (note that for Belgium it costs 6.95). But that's not all! As soon as your order exceeds the limit of 35 euros, we will take full responsibility for the shipping costs. This makes shopping at Soppies not only easy and worry-free, but also affordable. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we strive to provide you with not only high-quality products, but also a seamless and affordable shopping experience.
Can I track my order?
At Soppies we put your convenience first. That is why we offer you the opportunity to always be informed of the status of your order via our handy Track & Trace service. As soon as you make a purchase, you will be assigned a special track & trace code. With this code you can easily track the journey of your product, from the moment it is shipped to its delivery to your home. This means you never have to guess when your package will arrive again. With Soppies you are in control and always well informed about the progress of your order.
What if my order is delayed or has not arrived?
We understand that you are concerned about the delivery of your order. At Soppies we strive to provide every customer with a hassle-free experience. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, we recommend that you first consult your Track & Trace code. This code gives you real-time information about the status of your package.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Please note : We would like to point out that if the product has been opened, it is unfortunately not possible to return it. What are your customer support hours?
Our customer support is happy to answer your questions. We are available to serve you from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. On Saturdays we are available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
